Program Description
The Cybersecurity AAS degree is designed to provide a comprehensive program to develop a skilled workforce in the field of cyber security. The curriculum covers: preserving information confidentiality and protection, risk management, data and system integrity, availability, authenticity and utility.
Program Outcomes
The student will be able to:
- Analyze multiple sources of network data to identify a security incident.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a network environment.
- Determine whether a computer system complies with national security standards.
- Describe and identify password policies.
- Install and configure basic host and network security.
