NOTE: It is the responsibility of each student to pay account balances prior to the semester due date. Balances and due dates can be found on your Campus Connection account at any time. Billing notices are sent to firstname.lastname@willistonstate.edu, as well as other important messages from WSC faculty & staff. Check your WSC email regularly. Also, review and update address information in Campus Connection to receive mailed tax statements & other WSC communications/notices.

Book charging begins for students with pending financial aid 1-May-26
First Day of Summer Classes 25-May-26
Last day to withdraw or drop & receive a 100% refund [for standard 16-week courses]. course drops not eligible for refund after this date. Withdrawal to zero credits must be completed by the Registrar, 105F Stevens Hall. 1-Jun-26
Book charging ends 1-Jun-26
Financial Aid Disbursement to Student Accounts 3-Jun-26
Final Payment Deadline 3-Jun-26
Distribution of Credit Refund checks 10-Jun-26
Last day to fully withdraw & receive a 75% refund – 8-week schedule 15-Jun-26
Last day to fully withdraw & receive a 50% refund – 8-week schedule 30-Jun-26
Late fee charges assessed on past due balances; and each 30 days thereafter through the term. Excludes payment plans in good standing [on-time payment]. 30-Jun-26

Payment plan registration open. See Student Accounts office for payment plan term and registration information, 204A Stevens Hall. 3-Aug-26
Tuition, fees, housing & meal plan charges, less anticipated financial aid, are available online. Consider enrolling in payment plan. (Statements sent to firstname.lastname@willistonstate.edu). NO PAPER STATEMENTS WILL BE MAILED OUT. 24-Aug-26
Last day to ADD a course for credit (via CampusConnection Self Service) 28-Aug-26
Deadline to apply for internal scholarships 30-Aug-26
Labor Day – No Classes – Institution Closed 7-Sep-26
Last day to choose to AUDIT a course 2-Sep-26
Last day to withdraw or drop & receive a 100% refund [for standard 16-week courses]. course drops not eligible for refund after this date. Withdrawal to zero credits must be completed by the Registrar, 105F Stevens Hall. 2-Sep-26
