The team establishes a vision, sets goals, and shapes the future of that particular aspect. Full-time employees have access to data so they can be involved and informed about this grassroots strategic planning approach. A four-person leadership team leads each Accreditation Team. Full-time employees can request which team to participate in based on their strengths and interests, although some teams are identified by position on campus.
