Williston, ND — Williston State College (WSC) invites the community to celebrate the creativity of its students, faculty, and staff at the WSC Art Show, on display November 30, 2026, through January 2, 2027, at the James Memorial Arts Center in Williston.
The juried exhibition will feature original artwork created by members of the WSC campus community, showcasing a variety of artistic talents, styles, and perspectives. Works will span multiple mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, ceramics, textiles, and mixed media.
Celebrating Creativity Across Generations
The WSC exhibition will be featured in Gallery 2, alongside artwork from Williston High School and area middle school students in Gallery 1. Together, the exhibitions will provide visitors with an opportunity to experience artistic expression across different ages and educational levels, celebrating creativity throughout the community.
“Creativity isn't limited to the classroom or to those pursuing art as a career,” said James Skinner, Art Instructor at Williston State College.
“Our students, faculty, and staff bring a wide range of experiences and perspectives to their artwork, and this exhibition gives them an opportunity to share that creativity with the public. Having their work displayed alongside artwork from our high school and middle school students makes this an especially meaningful celebration of arts education at every level.”
