Williston State College hosts College Nights to assist new students

Posted: Feb 09 2015
All graduates of any Williams County high school have the rare opportunity, starting next fall, to attend Williston State College at no cost.  In partnership with the Alva J. Field Fund, the Williston State College Foundation, and the North Dakota Challenge Fund, any graduate of a Williams County high school will receive two years of free tuition, books, and fees.  To help, WSC is hosting College Nights at Williams County high schools throughout February.

Due to an influx of applications for the Fall 2015 semester, WSC wants ensure that all potential students have the opportunity to apply.  Williston State College will host an open College Night for anyone interested in attending WSC, February 12th.  The event will be held in Stevens Hall, room 114 from 6 to 8 pm. The event is not limited to Williams County graduates.  Anyone interested in an education through WSC is also welcome to attend.  WSC's Enrollment Services will be available to answer any questions or concerns with admissions, dual credit, financial aid, or scholarships.

The Williams County Graduate Scholarship priority deadline is May 1st, 2015.
