WILLISTON, N.D. - For its fourth year, the Women in Leadership (WiL) Expo will again be providing a forum for local female community members to connect and develop professionally, September 28, 2017 at TrainND-Northwest.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. and the Expo will begin at 9:00 a.m. where a light breakfast and lunch will be served.
Topics at this year's Expo will include; Authentic Leadership; Leadership with a Purpose: Leadership Through the Journey of Life; How to Stop Saying YES When You Want to Say NO; Generational Leadership; Conflict Management; Dynamic Speaking; Volunteerism- This isn't just a city, it's a community; and The Five Things an Empowered Woman in Business Must Master.
Local and regional speakers including: Julie Kline, Kim Schultz, Patsy Levang, Karissa Kjos, Kamila Dornfeld and Wendy Gendreau.
"I created the WiL:Expo four years ago as my final project in Leadership Williston," explained Shanna Curlin, TrainND Finance Manager and WiL:Expo Coordinator. "My goal was to create something for the women in the area where they can hear engaging speakers, participate in interactive workshops and have something that inspires them to grow as women and business professionals."
The event will conclude with an evening of networking and book signings. The event promises to be an inspirational experience for local area women.
