WSCF Arizona Gathering
Posted: Nov 07 2017
WILLISTON, N.D. – Calling all snowbirds heading south for the winter! WSC Foundation will host its second annual gathering in Arizona on February 17 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Seville Golf and Country Club in Gilbert, AZ.
Join WSC Foundation’s Terry Olson and Hunter Berg; WSC’s President, Dr. John Miller; and Codi Austreim of the WHS Coyote Foundation for a fun evening filled with complimentary appetizers and drinks, trivia, and gifts.
After a successful first event, last year, Olson, Berg, and Miller began working on an annual event in Arizona for friends, alumni, and supporters of WSC, WHS, and the surrounding area.
In addition to the WSC Foundation, this year’s event is once again hosted by Ron and Kathy Seeley; Shirley & Lynn Leininger; Bonnie and Dennis Guenther; and Jan Skadeland.
“Our board feels connections like these are very important,” explained Olson. “The first event we had last year was very fun and rewarding to reconnect with WSC friends and alumni. A majority of them said we should do this every year. It will continue to grow especially now that we partner with the Coyote Foundation.”
Though business casual attire is recommended, the Foundation requests that checkbooks be left at home.
“This event isn’t for fundraising,” explain Berg. “It is a great way for us to keep in touch with the folks who were such a huge part of our WSC community and success.”
