WSC collecting donations for deployed military
WILLISTON, N.D. - Williston State College's Veteran's Club is collaborating with Books for Soldiers to collect books, movies, toiletries, and other gifts for deployed military personnel.
Tony Freed, Veteran's Club Co-Advisor, said this is a good opportunity to send items to the deployed military personnel during the holidays. "I know when I was deployed with the Navy over the holidays it was always nice to receive packages" said Freed.
This is a nice way to give back to the people fighting for our country. Any donations are welcome. Donations can be dropped off at Williston State College in room 209B or 112D through December 12.
