Williston, N.D. - Williston State College will host its second annual Teton Fall Fest October 8th through the15th.
Started last year by WSC's Student Life Coordinator, Karissa Kjos, this year's fall festivities are open to the parents and families of WSC students.
"This year, we welcome parents and family members to attend the weekend events so they feel part of the WSC community," explained Kjos. "WSC doesn't have a homecoming, but we wanted a week-long celebration to bring some Teton Pride mid-way through the semester."
Teton Fall Fest kicks-off with a Teton Baseball double-header against Gillette on Sunday, October 8 at 10 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at Rabon Field.
Student Life will host several student events throughout the week including: Grocery Bag Bingo, a Qdoba Bar, Wind-Down Wednesday, and a Carmel Apple Bar followed by Mission IMPROVable on Thursday.
Families are invited to attend the following events: Friday night tailgating outside Frontier before Teton Volleyball's Sophomore Night; Saturday's Clean Up Williston; a WSC campus tour; Fun in Frontier and an indoor movie; and Sunday's Sundaes in Frontier.
"Teton Fall Fest is a week full of fun, food, relaxation, and Teton Pride," Kjos stated.
