WILLISTON, N.D. - The Well at Williston State will transform into Caesar's Palace the night of Friday, April 22 as Teton Athletics hosts its annual dinner and fundraising auction, Casino Night. All money raised from dining, entertainment, auctions, and the annual truck raffle will help support the growth of Teton Athletics.
Casino Night begins at 6:00 p.m. when guests can enjoy light appetizers and casino-style games like blackjack, roulette, craps, and Vegas Vacation corner. Following a gourmet buffet dinner from Outlaws, guests can participate in the live and silent auctions and the 2016 truck raffle.
Auction prizes this year include a custom painted NDSU golf cart, suite tickets to the Brickyard Race in Indianapolis, Mike Tyson signed memorabilia, mementos from the Twins baseball parks, and a Pete Rose signed bat.
"Casino Night is an integral part of the successful operation of Teton Athletics," Dan Artamenko, Athletic Director at Williston State College, said. "All funds raised through the event are applied directly to the students for the next year."
Individual tickets are $50 and include appetizers, a buffet dinner, and $20 in Teton Money. A party of eight can reserve a VIP table for $500. VIP Tables can accommodate more than eight if necessary.
With the VIP table package, guests will receive appetizers, a buffet dinner, $20 in Teton Money per person, preferred priority seating, a bottle of wine for the table, and a Teton athlete as their server. Additional people can be added to the VIP table for $65 per person.
Seating for Casino Night is limited, so please get your tickets as soon as possible to reserve a spot at this very popular Williston event. You can call Kate in the Athletics Office at 701-774-4589.
"We still have a high need for sponsors and donations for our auction items," Artamenko stated when asked of how the community can help support the Tetons. "It's a great way to get local businesses more involved and get their names out there in support of our college athletic programs."
