Work Request Process for Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Teams
Please use the FAMIS site to submit any work requests for the Facilities Maintenance and Custodial teams.
Important Note:
- For requests that are emergencies or require immediate attention, directly contact the appropriate member of the Campus Services Team.
- We are not able to constantly monitor work requests as they come in, and it may take up to a day for us to see your request. You may still be asked to submit a FAMIS ticket after notifying Campus Services of the issue.
If you bring requests forward through other means of communication, please note that you may be asked to submit a ticket in the FAMIS system. This ensures that we do not lose or forget about any requests and helps us stay organized to better serve everyone.
