1.         WSC Admissions Application.

2.       $35 non-refundable application fee, which is payable online at the time of application.

3.       An official high school transcript or official GED transcript. To be considered official, the transcripts must be sent directly to WSC from the issuing institution.

All students who plan to take an English or math course must submit appropriate assessment scores prior to enrollment. If the COMPASS placement exam is not available in their area, students may be eligible to take the ACCUPLACER assessment.

Important Notice Regarding Transcripts Between North Dakota Public Colleges and Universities: If you are requesting transcripts to be sent to any of the following institutions of the North Dakota University System (NDUS) for the purpose of being admitted to a NDUS college or university, it is not necessary to request transcripts through this site. Instead, the NDUS college or university to which you have applied will be able retrieve your academic transcript from other NDUS colleges and universities at no charge to you. You will, however, be notified if you have any holds on your academic transcripts for outstanding debt owed to a NDUS college or university. No refunds will be granted for individuals who inadvertently request transcripts to be exchanged between NDUS colleges and universities via this site.

To learn how your previous college courses fit with WSC's requirements and what courses you will still need to graduate,  please have transcripts sent to WSC's Admission and Records as early as possible for an official evaluation.

Upon completion of your application, you will be contacted by email within 2-3 business days about the status of your application and remaining required documentation. Once your admissions file is complete, you will be notified by mail of your official acceptance and receive further information pertaining to registering for courses and working with your academic advisor to determine an educational plan.

If you have any questions, please contact the Admission and Records office by email at or phone 701-774-4200 or 1-888-863-9455.
